Why should I register on RightCoach?
Registering on RightCoach will enable you at access a 'one stop shop' for information on coaching, right across Wiltshire & Swindon.
It will enable you to:
- Access information about coaching bursaries and grants that are available
- Increase your links into your CSP/NGB/local authority
- Help us map the current coaching being done in Wiltshire & Swindon
- Gain access to information about coaching opportunities in Wiltshire & Swindon
Am I suitable to apply for coaching opportunities offered by RightCoach?
If the answer to any of the following questions is yes, then you are someone RightCoach would love to hear from:

How do I access the benefits on offer from RightCoach?
Complete the comprehensive online application form. Once completed you will then be part of RightCoach and helping up provide a better coaching support structure
What services do you provide other than coaching opportunities?
We provide opportunities to attend training courses, continuous professional development (CPD) courses and help and advice to all who need it.
Is there any age restriction for registering with RightCoach?
Yes, due to regulations RightCoach will only be inviting people over 16 to apply and join. There is no upper age limit for joining and we welcome people from a wide range of sports, ages and backgrounds.

What are the benefits available to my company from registering with RightCoach?
What are the benefits available to my company from registering with RightCoach?The potential benefits from a recruiter (employer/placement provider) joining the agency:
- Access to quality sports coaches
- You will have the opportunity of viewing profiles and CV's from a number of coaches (if available)
- You will be able to provide feedback about the coach online
- You will be informing the partnership of the types of coaches required in Wiltshire & Swindon so it can coordinate the right training and development for coaches
Aside from offering suitably qualified coaches, what other services do you provide?
We can provide newsletters to keep your organisations knowledge up to speed with all the latest developments in the Coaching and Sports Development fields. We can provide training opportunities for coaches already working in your organisation. We also can give help and advice of where to look for coaches, and the types of sessions that we have the highest number of coaches in and would be able to supply to you quickly.
What will it cost to register with RightCoach?
RightCoach is free to register!
What will RightCoach require before/during/after a coaching session?
RightCoach will require a Recruiter to have a completed application form on the website (including addresses and key contact information of all sites) before a coach can be placed. After the session we require someone who observed the session to complete an evaluation on the coach online, which will provide us with valuable feedback.
N.B. The coach will also be asked to provide an evaluation on their recruiter, which will allow a good employer to build up a portfolio of positive comments, which will attract good quality coaches to work there.
